Internship Opportunities:
You don’t have to wait until graduation to join The Old Spaghetti Factory family. Two excellent paid internship programs are available in our restaurants. With thirty locations across the country, we can generally offer an internship opportunity with The Old Spaghetti Factory to fit most needs and school requirements. Depending upon class status and level of experience, students may apply for one of our two internship programs. Both are designed to give a broad introduction to the restaurant industry and an inside view into the corporate culture and structure of our company.

Management Internship Program:
Reserved for third and fourth year students with prior restaurant experience. An emphasis is placed on the supervisory and managerial functions in the restaurant.

Introduction to Food Service Internship Program:
Designed for students with minimal restaurant experience. An emphasis is placed on learning a variety of employee functions that contribute to the success of the restaurant.
