    Host
    Welcomes OSF guests in a warm and friendly manner and provides a positive first impression. Offers the best seats to guests and works with other floor hosts and service assistants to ensure that all tables are seated in a timely manner.

    Service Assistant
    Ensures that the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. Works with servers, hosts, and managers to provide smooth operation of the restaurant.

    Server
    Provides efficient and personalized service by making all guests feel welcome and special. Offers menu and beverage suggestions. Delivers great tasting food, and looks to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

    Line Cook
    Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Prepares food to order, ensuring that all items on an order are completed at the same time, are visually appealing, and delivered hot in the window.

    Dishwasher
    Cleans all glasses, plates, cups, and utensils and ensures that all items are sanitized properly. Performs as a team member to provide a safe and hazard-free work environment. Keeps equipment clean and in proper working order.

    Preparation/Production
    Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed at all times. Prepares food items necessary to meet daily business needs. Follows product and recipe guidelines in all food preparation.
