            Information Collected By a Payment Processor.  We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor“) to allow visitors to the Website to purchase Old Spaghetti Factory gift cards through the Website, as well as to check the balance of any issued gift cards.  The processing of payments in connection with the purchase of a gift card will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and your credit card issuer in addition to this privacy policy and our terms of use. We will obtain certain transaction details when a visitor purchases a gift card through the Website, which we will use solely in accordance with this privacy policy.
